My fascination with the eerie and enigmatic began in childhood. Instead of fairy tales, I gravitated toward haunted tales, witchcraft, folklore, and mysterious legends. The creaking floorboards of old houses, shadowy figures at dusk, and eerie silences of the night captured my imagination. I devoured every spooky story I could find and never missed an episode of Most Haunted.

There's something uniquely thrilling about delving into a world where danger lurks around every corner and nothing is as it seems. Crime fiction challenges us to piece together clues with the detective. Noir immerses us in gritty, morally ambiguous landscapes. Mystery keeps us guessing until the last page. And horror? It taps into our most primal fears, reminding us of the fragility of our reality.
